This policy explains what you may not create, upload, edit, or distribute using RedesignPDF.
Prohibited content and activity
- Sexual, pornographic, NSFW, or minor-related sexual content.
- Violent, graphic, gory, or cruel content, including content that depicts or promotes serious physical harm.
- Hate speech or content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes violence or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
- Deepfakes, face swapping, impersonation, or misleading identity-based edits.
- Forged IDs, contracts, invoices, degrees, certificates, financial documents, legal documents, or official records.
- Unauthorized use of third-party logos, trademarks, copyrighted designs, brand assets, images, or protected materials.
- Fraud, phishing, scam materials, deceptive claims, or content intended to mislead people.
- PDFs you do not have the right to modify, generate from, or distribute.
Enforcement
Requests that violate this policy may be blocked. We review reported content and may restrict or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
We may also refuse refunds or limit service for accounts or orders associated with fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or attempts to bypass safety systems.
Reporting and moderation
To report content or conduct that may violate this policy, email support@redesignpdf.com with the relevant account email, project or task ID if available, and a short explanation. We review reports, may remove access to affected content or accounts, and may preserve limited records where needed to investigate abuse, enforce this policy, or comply with law.
